Beautiful finca located on the outskirts of Palma; just 15 kilometers from the center of the port of Palma. As you can see in the surroundings of the property and its surroundings, the land is delicately populated with almond trees, carob trees, orange trees, lemon trees, plum trees, medlar trees and a varied vegetation that makes it a place where peace and tranquility can be breathed. The villa, being on a small hill, allows you to enjoy the views of the Bay of Palma and the mountains from the terrace and pool.
This fantastic villa consists of a first floor and an upper floor. It has the common areas of the living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, and eight bedrooms. The three bathrooms are completely renovated.
Outside there is a huge swimming pool with spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains. Around the house you will find the manicured gardens and ample space to play, stroll and sunbathe. All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house does not have air conditioning, although we will provide the necessary fans. There is also no heating.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
