The first 50€ of consumption (approximately 145kWh) are included in the total price. Any consumption above this amount will be paid by the customer, the price of 0,35€/kWh. During the low season – when heating systems might be necessary- a total 50€ of consumption will be included for each booking, independently of the system being electric or non-electric. Non-electric heating systems can use gas, gas oil or propane as the source of combustion depending on the installation type in the property.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

Nice apartment in house at Arenal district. House has all the amenities we needed, the patio yard was really nice for self cooked dinner in the evening. Good large kitchen with big fridge and freezer, also all the utensils for cooking. House was surprisingly quiet although situated in the Arenal party district. We stayed there on a six person family trip and didn't care for the nightclubs in the are, but they didn's bother us at all. The beach is 100 m away and there are excellent local restaurants in the area, including Europe and Casa do Pulpo.

If you’re here for the arenal party, you get a place to sleep with everything you need -except air con in the bedrooms-. Plus a fully equipped kitchen and a nice little outdoor seating area. Everything is in walking distance and the beach super nearby. However, be aware of the surroundings, it’s not the nicest area of Mallorca -which should not come as a surprise-.

Das Apartment liegt auf der “Rückenseite” der Strandpromenade “Ballermann”. Das heißt, einmal um die Ecke gelaufen und man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. Von innen ist das Apartment ausreichend ausgestattet. Insgesamt gibt es 4 Ssee more
Das Apartment liegt auf der “Rückenseite” der Strandpromenade “Ballermann”. Das heißt, einmal um die Ecke gelaufen und man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. Von innen ist das Apartment ausreichend ausgestattet. Insgesamt gibt es 4 Schlafzimmer. 3x Doppelbetten und 1x ein Einzelbett, zwei Bäder, eine offene Küche mit Essbereich und eine große Aussenterasse. Der Einrichtungsstil ist sehr rustikal und praktisch aber dennoch liebevoll gehalten. Wer jedoch puren Luxus erwartet ist hier ganz klar fehl am Platz. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und stehen telefonisch immer bereit, falls Absprachen geführt werden müssen 50m weiter gibt es eine Bank, an der Geld abgehoben werden kann, sowie einen großen Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt allemal
