Discover this beautiful villa in Costa de la Calma with private pool! It is located in a quiet urbanization only 5 minutes walking distance to the long beach of Santa Ponsa and the centre of the village. The property has 3 cosy bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Inside, there is a spacious living room with wifi and a fireplace, ideal for relaxing while watching a film, listening to music or simply enjoying a glass of wine with a good book. In the dining area you can enjoy Mediterranean dishes prepared in the fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.
Outside you will find a huge swimming pool with sun beds and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying an outdoor meal. The area is excellent, only 750 metres from the beach, where you can find different leisure and nautical activities. Less than 6km away is the Western Water Park, Katmandu and Pirates, fantastic places to enjoy with the whole family or friends.
Also, at night, you have the option of strolling along the promenade of Santa Ponsa, this is the touristic centre of the island par excellence, combining its beautiful beaches, restaurants and its famous bar and party area. The area is well communicated with buses, taxis and shuttle services.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and common areas. It does not have heating although the air conditioners have a heat pump for the winter.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,00€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
