Located in the northeast of the island of Mallorca, on the countryside of Manacor, this beautiful finca is only 7 kilometres away from the centre of the town. Its surroundings are delicately populated with almond trees, carob trees, orange trees, lemon trees, plum trees, medlar trees and a varied vegetation that make it an ideal place to enjoy peace and tranquillity. The villa, situated on a small hill, offers spectacular mountain views from the terrace and the infinity pool.
Completely refurbished, this fantastic villa consists of two floors. The ground floor comprises the common areas of the living room, dining room, recreation area and kitchen, as well as a spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a cosy living room and five double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. The house is equipped with powerful air conditioning machines that air-condition the whole house.
Outside of this finca you will find a huge infinity pool with jacuzzi, which offers spectacular views of the mountains. Surrounding the house are manicured gardens and ample space for playing, strolling and sunbathing. There is also a barbecue and a ping pong table, so you can enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 100€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 100€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. It does not have heating, although all air conditioners have heat pump.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Die Villa Murtera ist einfach wunderbar. Wir waren mit 9 Personen da und hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Kinder konnten sich mit Billard, Tischtennis und Tischkicker prima beschäftigen. Von dem tollen Pool brauchen wir garnicht zu reden. Der Blick in dassee more

Das Haus liegt außerhalb auf dem Land. Die Kinder konnten soviel Krach machen wie sie wollten, es hat niemanden der Nachbarn gestört. Die lag daran, dass die Nachbarn weit genug weg waren. Der Service der Agentur ist bemerkenswert gut. Man bekommt imsee more
