Fantastic villa with private pool located in Sant Jordi, very close to Palma and very well connected with all the roads of the island.
This beautiful property stands out for its private pool and its large terrace where you can relax and rest during your holidays. This villa features 4 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Likewise, it features 3 full bathrooms, kitchen and a large terrace with private pool.
As a main feature, it has air conditioning (hot / cold) throughout the property. It has fantastic connections by road or highway to be able to move to any point of the island, having several beaches less than 5km away. The village, Sant Jordi, is only 100 meters away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and other local shops.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms except one, where there is a fan. It has central heating.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

A very nice house in a lovely neighborhood. Palma is just a
10 minutes cab ride away and when you share the costs it isn't expensive at all -about 15 € per ride-. There is a small supermarket in the town. You can get almost everything there you neesee more

You can get almost everything there you need for your stay. The house itself is clean, twice a week somebody cleans the pool. The contact to the host is fast, easy and helpful. All around a very nice stay and would like to visit again sometime. |

Huge house with garage space. Fast internet. Coffee shop about 10 min walk. Its a bit remote, so make sure to have a myTaxi appsomething to get around, if you didn't rent a car. Really nice environment.

Nice place in a quiet town by some fields, some roosters in the neighboring house that make a bit of noise but they didn't disturb us much. A month before our stay I asked about the possibility to have a late checkout because we where traveling with an infant and our flight home was late in the evening. At that point, the hosting company replied that they will get back to me on the matter a few days before our checkout. They didn't so I wrote them a day before our checkout asking again, to this message I got no reply so I texted them at the morning of our checkout day saying I wrote them a message but again got no answer so we left the place at normal checkout time feeling let down by the communication from the hosting company.

Erg mooi huis met fijne buren. Het dorpje ligt wel een beetje op afstand van het strand of een groter stadje maar voor €2 pak je de bus hier naar toe! Ik heb een top vakantie gehad in de villa.

Die Immobilie verfügt über einen großes Untergeschoss das auch mal bei schlechterem Wetter dank des Billardtisches sowie auch der Tischtennisplatte und auch dem Dart für jung und alt genügend Auswahl bietet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und schön geählt, die Badezimmer sind in einem einwandfreien Zustand. die Küche bietet alles für auch größere Kochaktivitäten. Unsere Woche dort war sehr erholsam und werden bei unsem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder diesen super Anbieter wählen. Vielen DANK

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und der Urlaub war gelungen. Es gab Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, diese wurden allerdings schnell behoben. Die Landschaft bzw. Umgehung entlang der Immobilie ist nicht sehr schön.

Es war alles vorhanden, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, sogar ein Trockner, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Friteuse, Wasserkocher, Apfelsinenpresse, Milchaufschäumer, Fön, Staubsauger, Wäscheleine, Wäscheklammern, aufgeblasenes Poolspielzeug, Luftmatratze etc. Leider funktionierte die Spülmaschine und der Ofen nicht richtig. Der Duschvorhang im unteren Bad müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Durch den kleinen Teich im Garten, waren viele Schnaken im Haus, also unbedingt was gegen Mückenstiche einpacken. Wir haben uns im Großen und Ganzen sehr wohl gefühlt.
